What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE. No card or online payment required — pay when your order arrives at your door.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 2–7 business days across the UAE. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Visit our Track Order page and enter your order details to get real-time updates.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us immediately at aurixaa.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We'll resolve it within 24–48 hours.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Currently we deliver within the UAE only. International shipping coming soon.
