At Aurixa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items Personal care items, opened beauty products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aurixaa.store@gmail.com with a photo of the item.
